Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness is about learning to live in the NOW. It is about paying attention to all your senses, without judgement and with compassion. Where emotions like sadness, depression, guilt and shame live in the past; and others like fear, anxiety, and doubt live in the future; mindfulness teaches us to live in the present. Mindfulness training can have a significant therapeutic effect for those experiencing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, depression, chronic pain, migraines, heart conditions, diabetes, obesity, addiction and other ailments.

In addition, clients typically report feeling more alive, more “in-tune” with themselves and others.
